• Q. Do you move manufactured (mobile) homes for people that already own their homes?


A. Yes, we move single wide, double wide and modular homes for both individuals and manufactures.


• Q. Do you move older mobile homes?


A. YES- as long as they are in good condition and do NOT have added pitched roofs.


• Q. How far do you move homes?


A. We move homes within Maine and parts of New Hampshire.


• Q. Do you have insurance?


A. Yes, we are licensed as mobile home mechanics with the State of Maine. We are fully insured with liability and cargo coverage.


• Q. Do I need to purchase any additional insurance?


A. Some home owners policies do offer moving insurance. Please check with your agent.


• Q. Do you move home on foundations?


A. Yes we set singles and doubles on foundations with cranes.


• Q. Is site development and land improvements available? (slab, foundation, well, septic, driveway ect.)
